Level 4 has supported Senior Management at five of the top six banks in the U.S. to provide assistance in the following specific areas:
State and Local Government
We have been active in supporting State government in general, and child support and taxation systems in particular, since 1992.
Federal Government
Level 4 offers the Federal government support in the areas of cost estimation; planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE); and financial special studies.
